Warsaw Christian Church Fellowship of Christian Women

For more than 20 years, in the town of Warsaw, MO, the Fellowship of Christian Women has been participating in the Save-A-Label™ program. Once a month, the ladies from the Warsaw Christian Church gather for fellowship and work on fundraising for their local service organizations. The Christmas Bazaar in December is their largest event. The Bazaar consists of a chili lunch, a bake sale, and a crafts sale.

With the funds we raise from the Christmas Bazaar and sending in our Best Choice® labels, we are able. To support several local service organizations and a few other missions, said Frances Blackmore, who nominated the group. The Warsaw Christian Church was organized over 175 years ago and is one of the three buildings in the town that survived the Burning of Warsaw during the Civil War. Our sanctuary served as a hospital for the Union troops, said Frances, We want to continue that tradition of serving our community and the world. The funds provided by the Save-A-Label program help us do just that.
