If you travel to western Missouri, you will find the small town of Holden. This town hosts the Way of Christ Fellowship and its Women’s Ministry. Every year for the past 15 years, the Women’s Ministry has held a women’s retreat in October for all the women in their community. The women of the Way of Christ Fellowship raise money each year to ensure the retreat is accessible to everyone in their community, no matter their financial situation.
To help raise the funds needed for the retreat, we ask friends, family, church members, and the women who attend the retreat to collect Best Choice label, said Carla Sands, a member of the Women’s Ministry. The women of the Way of Christ Fellowship Women’s Ministry are looking forward to another successful women’s retreat this coming October.
